How exactly does a driving range work. What is the approxment cost, do you pay by the number of balls or time?
    Thanks.

driving range work like this...you take your golf clubs and find yourself a spot to hit a bucket of golf balls. there are different colors flag with mean they're at different distance from where you set up to hit the golf balls. you buy a bucket of balls (they're at different prices) not all driving ranges offer the same numbers of ball for the price. a small bucket of balls would cost you $5 for 50-60 balls, lager would cost you $10 for 95 balls, and jumbo bucket for $13-15 for 190 balls.

Most driving ranges offer small and large buckets; a few have a medium size buckets. I've seen the large buckets priced as high as $10 in some places. Lots of driving ranges now give you a token that you insert in a machine which drops balls into your basket. I prefer a range with natural grass but some only have those artificial mats which doesn't exactly simulate natural conditions on the links.

its a place that golfers go to practice or warm up to play holes. you go on and just hit a bunch of balls. its probably around seven bucks for a bucket nut usually ther are smaller sizes of buckets that are cheaper.
