The best balls to get are the 07 models of the Taylormade TP series. If you need more distance get the black, same distance but with alot more spin the red. get online for 25$ a dozen. I am also 14 but am a 7 handicap and play the red.

Titleist NXTs, they are durable and are a better value for the money for a player such as yourself!?!

Well, as an avid golfer and technology geek, I would have to recommend the Titleist ProV1 or ProV1x balls, unless you already use those. In that case, other good choices would be the new Taylormade TP LDP balls, either the Red or Black models. The Titleist balls sell for about $46 per dozen, while the Taylormade balls sell for about $40 per dozen. They all have tour-proven performance, so they're great choices. If neither of those work, there are many other premium brands out there that you can check out, like Callaway, Srixon, Nike, etc.

Since ProV1's and ProV1x's are designed for a faster swing speed (and your only 14), Id go with the Titleist NXT's

I would say the Nike Power Distance golf balls would be a good choice. I have played with these balls and really like them. They are fairly inexpensive and if I recall correctly they were rated 2nd best in consumer reports magazine.
