The 5900 is the square head shape and the 5000 is the more traditional shape. Outside of that........Well..... I am not a Nike driver fan at all. I have hit all of them and just don't like them.

Apart from the idiotic answers...the difference is the 'MOI', with the newer model having supposedly the highest on the market
