everything except my pitching wedge, 4 iron hybrid, and driver goes about 150 yards,
my pitching wedge goes about 100
my 4 iron gos about 200
    my driver goes about 250
i take a full swing, and i will hit it smoothly but it just doesnt go anywhere

vary the position of the ball / feet during practise

Ball: a little bit forward of middle means you are catching the ball on the upswing
play around with it on the driving range since that is also the recipe to slice the ball more and you don't want that
Feet: wider stance may give more oomph to your swing

Your drive only goes 50 yds longer than your 4 iron? Wow. I hit a drive about 80-90 yds longer....strange. What kind of clubs to you have?

You're all arms, dude! You gotta stay behind the ball and thrust your hips toward the target, while turning through the impact zone.

Loosen your arms - widen your stance and keep the ball nearer the front foot - it should only be in the middle when you hita 8 iron -

It's just physics. The clubs have different length and loft, so if you swing the same speed and hit the ball the right way, they will go different distance.
